Minimum Wines, created by Lentil and Matt Purbrick along with Matt’s father (Tahbilk Winery’s fourth generation winemaker, Alister Purbrick) works on the basis of minimum impact, minimum waste and true sustainability from vineyard to (and inclusive of) the bottle. Their wines are vegan and organic, with the vineyard using only natural, organic growing principles to nurture grapes. Only recently launching the new vegan and organic brand, Minimum Wines has offered us two wine packs to give away. The wines in the pack are their three first releases: 2018 Chardonnay, 2019 Sangiovese Rosato and 2018 Sangiovese Syrah.
